James Ross Obituary

Born in Sweetwater on September 4, 1965, he enjoyed working in the yard, camping, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Those who knew Rich remember him for his infectious smile, overwhelming laughter, and unwavering love for family and friends. He had a rare gift for making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Loretta Sue Vincil; stepfather, Bob Vincil; and brother, Derek Harold.
Rich is survived by his husband, Michael Ross; sons, Liam and Chase Ross; sister, Emily Vincil; brothers, Jason and Adam Vincil; best friends and godparents to Liam and Chase, Brian Wrightnour and Perry McKee; aunts, Ruthie Brewer and Betty McCaulley; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a cystic fibrosis charity of your choosing.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, August 31st at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. At 2 p.m. there will be a procession to Lakeview Cemetery for graveside services.
