Jim,
It's taken me some time to gather my thoughts.
I will always consider you a friend/brother in the highest regard.
We worked together at Ajilon then at Cresa.
I never in my life had as much fun at work with anyone. You made the early mornings and late nights tolerable. When I joined Cresa, I worked
in your office. Again, the laughs we had while doing detailed work was there.
The Devils games we went to together.
All the times we spent were special.
Especially when my phone would ring and there was the high voice falsetto..."Oh Cooooop"
I will sorely miss your friendship.

Jim and I crossed paths and worked together many times over the years.

He was always fun to be with, was a great broker and had an infectious laugh.

The picture was taken at a Hartz Mountain Christmas party, he is with George Pastore, a long time broker friend of Jim's.

I was sad to hear that he passed away, I will miss him.

My condolences to his family.

jimmy was a business friend for over 40 years, he made his first deal on one of my buildings and we stayed friends from then.

I am so sorry to hear about Jim. I can still hear his laugh. My condolences to you and your family.

My condolences to Donna and family and wish you peace and strength during this difficult time.

I will miss him dearly. The walk to my spot at MBC will never be the same but as I pass I will make sure to greet him like I always did. My heart goes out to you and your family. Jim was one of those people whom everyone liked and rightly so. He was just terrific.
