James Scheer Obituary
Jim was born on August 19, 1942 in Mt.Clemens, Michigan, the son of the late William and Lola (Holcomb) Scheer. He was united in marriage to Paula (Elsner) in Troy, Michigan on July 18, 1970. The couple lived in Mt. Clemens until moving to Clay Township in 1999. Jim had worked for many years with his families well digging business with his father. He was maintenance supervisor for the Joy Estates Trailer Park for many years, retiring in the 1990’s. He enjoyed boating, motorcycles, and woodworking and was a master tinkerer who could fix about anything. He will be deeply missed by many.
Jim is survived by his devoted wife, Paula; his loving sons, James (Jessica) and Bruce; his loving grandchildren, Robyn, James Jr. and Ryan. He is also survived by his brothers, John and Fredrick (Lucille), two nieces and two nephews. His brother, William Jr, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be held at the Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Rd., Fraser, Tuesday from 2pm till 9pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, Wednesday at 1pm. Burial will follow in St.John Cemetery, Fraser. Share memories at www.faulmannwalsh.com
