Mr. James Wilbur Small of Dallas, GA passed away on December 18 2025. His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Murray Brothers Cascade Chapel. Family and friends are asked to assemble in the Chapel at 12:30 PM on the day of service. Interment Georgia National Cemetery. On Monday, Public Viewing will be held from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Murray Brothers Cascade Chapel, 1199 Utoy Springs Rd SW, Atlanta, GA, 30331, (404) 349-3000, www.murraybrothersfh.com.
