Mr. James Clint Smith, 58, of Hogansville, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
Mr. Smith was born November 5, 1967, in Newnan, son of the late John Cliff Smith, Sr. and Casernell Thompson Smith. A resident of the West Georgia area for many years, he spent most of his life working in auto body repair and had owned and operated Clint Smith Collision in Hogansville for twelve years. He also loved to play golf. Clint is remembered as a kind and generous man who placed family and friends above all else.
Survivors include his daughter, Madison Smith and her husband Christopher Holmes of Columbus; son, Andrew Larson and his wife Taylor Moore of West Des Moines, IA; granddaughter, Maddox Holmes of Columbus; sister, Veronica Rogers and her husband Thomas Rogers of Hogansville; and brothers, Cliff Smith, Jr. of Franklin and Joseph Smith and his wife Janiene Smith of Hogansville.
The family is honoring Mr. Smith’s wishes that there be no funeral service conducted.
