Jim always had a smile and a laugh for everyone he came into contact with. If you needed help or had a problem, he was always there to help or to pitch in. Everyone has a story to tell of something funny he said or did, or how he helped them. Every stranger became a friend because he always had a kind word and a smile.

Jim will be missed so very much here at the BMEU/Post Office. To always hear from him about the state of the UK teams and how much better the weather was in Florida on any given day.
