James Steward Obituary
James Cole Steward, 26, of Sulphur, LA passed away on October 10, 2024. James was born on August 19, 1998, in Lake Charles, LA to James and Tanya Steward.
James enjoyed riding motorcycles and mechanics. He also enjoyed riding his bicycle. James was a 2015 graduate of YCP.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father, James Michael Steward and wife Candi; mother, Tanya Scott; brother, Brayden Steward; sister, Tara Tervort; stepsisters, Jaden Burnworth, Elysa Burnworth, Taylor Webb; nephew, Weston Pitts; stepbrother, Tristan Lantz; grandmother, Theresa Jean Scott; uncle, Stephen John Scott II and wife Jodi; cousin, Matthew Aaron Scott, Andrew Wade Scott, and Morgan Paige Carlin.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Christine Louise Mudd and grandfather, Stephen John Scott.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, October 18, 2024, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur, LA. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM October 18, 2024, at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur. Burial will be at Big Woods Cemetery.
