He was preceded in death by his loving parents, William and Laverne Stewart. Brother to Patricia (late Bill) Parker, Bill (Kathy) Stewart II and Mike (Caryn) Stewart. Loving uncle to Jennifer Grosch, Kristine Klaczek, Bill Stewart III, Blair Ciecko, Casey Keske, Steven Kundert, Laura Johnson, and Jeff Stewart. Great-Uncle to many great-nieces and nephews.
A successful business manager, Jim had a multifaceted work career in sporting goods marketing and warehouse logistics.
Jim was a faithful friend, neighbor, and longtime parishioner of Our Lady of the Woods. He was a lover of new experiences, history books, sports, classic rock, and a proud brother of Delta Sigma Pi.

Visitation Thursday 3-8 p.m. at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, IL.
Family and friends to gather Friday 9:50 a.m. at Our Lady of the Woods Church, 10731 W. 131st Street, Orland Park, IL, Mass 10:00 a.m.

Some of our life´s favorite moments were spent with this lovely couple. Friends for years, and we are so sorry to see them apart now, even though we know Jim is at peace and enjoying the brightness of Heaven, where there is no more suffering. Corky and Kelly, may the angels surround you and give you comfort - you were so good to Jim in this world. Love and deepest condolences,
