James C Thomas Sr.

James C. Thomas Sr. 79, of Telford passed away Friday December 12, 2025, at St. Luke's Hospital, Grandview Campus.

He was the loving husband of Debbie (Bolton) Thomas having celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary in April.

Born in Philadelphia, James was a son of the late James and Elsie (Krause) Thomas.

James was employed on the production line of the former American Olean Tile, Lansdale for many years, after they closed, he went to work as a delivery driver for Draeger Medical before retiring.

Jim was a Life member of the Telford Fire Company, Telford, PA joining them in December of 1978. James was also a Life Member and current President of the North Penn Goodwill Service of Souderton; PA. Jim was also a member of the Pennsylvania State Fireman's Association as well as a member of the Montgomery County Fireman's Association. Jim also enjoyed Nascar and supporting all the Philadelphia Sports Teams. Jim also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and was quite an avid QVC shopper as well.

In addition to his wife Debbie, James is survived by Sons, James C. Thomas Jr, of Telford, Brett Thomas and his wife Lauren of Souderton, Justin Thomas and his Fiancé, Ashley of Telford. James is also survived by 5 grandchildren: James D., Kevin, Stephanie, D.J and Caleb. James is also survived by 7 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his dog Luke and grand dogs Koda and Peggy Sue. James was preceded in death by a sister Betty and his beloved dog Buddy.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday December 19, at the Sadler- Suess Funeral Home & Crematory, 33 N. Main St. Telford, PA. 18969. Family will receive friends from 10:00am until the time of service at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
