James was born on January 15, 1957 and passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017. James was a resident of Michigan at the time of passing. Jim graduated with the Class of 1975 from Bay City CentralHe later obtained his Associate Degree from Delta College, studying HVAC. For 27 years. James was married to Lori A. Cichocki. Jim was welcomed home to heaven by his father, Gerald and his sister, Jeanne Trapp. Jim's family will be present to receive visitors on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Prayer Service at Skorupski Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 955 N. Pine Rd., Hampton Twp. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Good Samaritan Rescue Mission. Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family online at www.skorupskis.com.

Shirley and All,
Had the privilege of teaching Jim in third grade. He displayed such compassion and conscientiousness. Also had the potential to succeed in life, which he so adequately did. Some students you just never forget! Peace! Ruth Buzzzard
