James Lee “Jamie” Tucker, III, 45, died on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Born in Athens, Georgia, he was the son of the late James Lee “Jim” Tucker, Jr. and grandson to the late James Lee Tucker, Sr. and Geraldine Wilson Tucker.
Survivors include his step mother, Nancy Tucker; step sister: Chelle (Eric) Kleinwachter; aunt: Wendy (Wesley) Jordan; uncle: Mark (Christy) Tucker; niece and nephew: McKailey and Tanner Kleinwachter and cousins: Alex Jordan, Nicole Jordan, Lexie Tucker and Rossi Tucker.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 3PM at Lord and Stephens East Chapel. Interment will follow at Winterville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Tim McGarity, Alex Jordan, Braiden Griffiths, Brent Griffiths, Tom Aiken, Brian Cartwright and Dwight Vaughn.
