James Veach Obituary
Kelly was born in Monroe County, KY on October 20, 1943, a son of the late Margaret (Lewis) and Elbert "Hoss" Veach.
He married Judy bush on June 27, 1969 at the Celina, TN Courthouse.
Kelly worked as a farmer and as a mechanic. He enjoyed hunting, turkey shoots, collecting knives and coins.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Judy Veach, of Fountain Run, KY; two daughters, Vanessa Veach (Wade Bean), of Lafayette, TN; Chasity Lowery (Charlie), of Glasgow, KY; two grandchildren, Mason and Sam Lowery; god daughter, Emily Salloum and caretakers, Deiliah and Logan Hatfield.
He is also survived by a brother, Marshall Veach, of Fountain Run, KY.
Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, John David Veach, and wife, Beth; sister, Linda Calvert, and husband, Billy; sisters-in-law, Shirley Veach and Carol Geralds Pruitt.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5th at 175 Main Street, Fountain Run, KY burial to follow at Fountain Run Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 4, from 4-8 p.m., and Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m. at 175 Main Street, Fountain Run, KY.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kelly's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's' Association.
Arrangements are under the direction of Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
