Mr. James Richard “Ricky” West, Sr., 75, of Hope Mills, NC passed away July 1, 2025 in Valley Hospice House. He was born in Fayetteville, NC on May 9, 1950 to the late J. B. and Gladys West.
Ricky was a veteran and very proud to have served his country. He loved Nascar, NFL Football and attending church. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his son, J. R. West; one brother, Timmy (Carol) West; a special aunt, Katherine Sessoms; two special cousins, Alice Rich and Helen Lowe (Rich); three special and dear friends, Doug and Libby Culver and Doug Cromartie; many other cousins, family, friends and church family.
