Mr. Williams was born March 11th 1979 to the late Simon Williams Sr. and Thelma Richardson in Statesboro, Georgia. He worked construction for Brown-Parka MillWright.
He is survived by his loving wife Peggy Sue Williams; children, Linda Ann "LuLu", Michael James, and Aubran Rose; grandchildren, Kobe and Gianna; brother Simon Williams Jr.; and sister Dana Brooks.
