James Willis Obituary
A son of the late Frank Willis and Inez Hill Willis King, he was born May 21, 1946 in Stephens County, Georgia where he had lived all his life. He was employed with Tugalo Construction Company for a number of years. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved being outdoors and was a loving father, grandfather and brother.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Marie Tuprin Willis i 2024, two brothers, Billy Willis and Larry Willis and by a sister, Betty Martin.
He is survived by two daughters, Sharon Willis and Pam Arrowood both of Toccoa; grandchildren, Destiny Arrowood and Hope Arrowood; sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Walt Richardson of Hartwell, Georgia; brother, Roger King of Hartwell, Georgia; a number of nieces and nephews.
To honor his wishes, he will be cremated. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. James Marshal "Mark" Willis.
