Jamie Faust

Jamie D. Faust, 60, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Sharon (Evans) Faust, his high school sweetheart. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Irvin and Annabelle (Johnston) Faust. Growing up, Jamie spent many summer weekends with his family in Ocean City, New Jersey, where he worked for Roger in the arcades and became a pinball aficionado.
Jamie was a brother, a father, and a friend to many. From coaching his daughter's youth softball teams to filling their friends' tires with air when they were looking low, Jamie was always there to lend a helping hand. He loved Nascar and the Philadelphia Flyers, and later in life enjoyed golfing with his brother, Darryl-though they might have spent more time hunting for spare golf balls than sinking putts! His delicious homemade pizza will be greatly missed.
Left to share stories and memories of his life are his wife, Sharon; daughters, London Faust (Joseph Errico) and Rachelle Faust (Steve Putiyon); brothers; Michael Faust and Darryl Faust (Amy); sisters, Michele Neiswender and Tracy Adami (Michael); and brother-in-law, Steve Hiester. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jodie Hiester.
Jamie's family would like to thank the staff of Hospice for All Seasons for the compassionate care they provided to him.
Friends and family are invited to gather on Saturday, April 15 at 11:00 am at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Avenue West Reading, PA 19611). A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at 12:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jamie's memory to Hospice For All Seasons Foundation (280 South Hill Drive, Grantville, PA 17028).
