Jamie W. Johnson

Mr. Jamie W. Johnson, age 47, husband of Crystal Brown Johnson of 318 N. Boyce St., Union, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023, at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
Mr. Johnson was born in Union, August 13, 1975, a son of the late Steve Kent Johnson and Sherry Linder Lawson. He was a graduate of Union High School and attended Spartanburg Technical College. He was previously employed with Sonoco Products and later with Samsung.
Mr. Johnson attended Philippi Baptist Church. He loved his Lord, his family, hunting, fishing and car racing.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Taylor J. Willhite and husband Harley of Jacksonville, FL; two sons, Tristin Johnson and girlfriend Madison of Jacksonville, FL and Blake Johnson and fiancée Morgan Peace of the home; a grandson, Greyson James Willhite; a sister, Jennifer J. Hicks and fiancé Jimmy Stines of Union; his step-father, Charles Richard Lawson of Union; two step brothers, Brian Lawson and Eric Lawson both of Jonesville; a special aunt, Harriet Williams and husband Mike of Chesnee; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, February 12, 2023, at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Robert Scott. Burial will follow at Rosemont Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Saturday evening at the funeral home.
Active pallbearers will be Harley Willhite, Tack Brown, Austin Brown, Chris White, Kevin Scott, Greg Vinson, Nate Jackson and Chad Lipsey.
