Jamie Lynn Marchioni, 54, of Hilton Head, SC and previously of Port Murray, NJ passed away peacefully at home on March 19, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Jamie was born on December 4, 1969 at Warren Hospital to Jane Miller and Frank LeClair.
Jamie was a proud resident of Port Murray for the majority of her life. She graduated from Warren Hills Regional High School class of 1988. She was a member of Mansfield Township's 28 Fire Ladies Auxiliary for many years. Before her move down south, Jamie loved spending her Friday nights working at Donaldson's "Summer Nights on the Farm". Most of her life she was self-employed in various ventures. When not working she loved crafting, refinishing furniture, decorating, and gardening.
Jamie was a kind, gentle, loving, artistic, and spiritual person. Always thinking of ways to help others she was a ray of sunlight in so many lives. Not one to dwell on negative thoughts she was a positive force in the world.
She was a fierce momma bear not only to her daughter but for all her daughter's friends she was always there when needed. Jamie could always be counted on to comfort, advice, and shelter. She shared her love with many and was loved in return. She will be missed and most fondly remembered.
Jamie is survived by her husband Jeff, daughter Abbey, granddaughter Sadie, mother Jane Miller-Murphy, step father John Murphy, sister Jackie LeClair, brothers Frank, Ben and Joe LeClair and stepmother Sue. She was predeceased by her father Frank LeClair.
