A beloved resident of Warner Robins, Jané LeAndria Jordan, 29, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024.
Born on November 2, 1994, at Madigan Army Medical Center, in Fort Lewis, Washington, Jané was the daughter of Joseph Jordan, Jr. and Lakeisha D. McAfee Jordan. She was raised in Warner Robins and became a proud honor graduate of Warner Robins High School, Class of 2013. During her high school career, Jané was involved in the Warner Robins High School Color Guard, Flag Corp, Beta Club, and Chorus. In 2018, she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Augusta State University, prior to earning her master’s degree in social work at Valdosta State University. She proudly became a Licensed Medical Social Worker.
An exceptional individual with a compassionate heart, Jané first served at Gentiva Hospice in Warner Robins, then the Augusta Department of Veteran Affairs, before most recently serving at the Veteran Affairs in Dublin, where she worked in the Spinal Cord Injury Division. Jané was caring, smart, funny, and a peace maker. She was a good judge of character and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Jané took delight in being around others, never met a stranger, and she loved the color purple.
Jané’s loving spirit and profound gratitude for everything will be missed by all who knew her.
Jane' was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Eddie D. McAfee; paternal grandmother, Eileen Battle Jordan; and maternal grandmother, Betty Johnson McAfee."
Her memory will forever be treasured by her parents, Joseph Jordan, Jr. (Yolanda) of Harker Heights, Texas, and Lakeisha D. McAfee Jordan of Warner Robins; siblings, Joshua J. Jordan, Joshua M. Sullivan, De’Londra Banks (Reshaun), Joseph Jordan, III, Destiny D. Gibbons, Lydia K. Person, Jayla L. Jordan; grandfather, Joseph Jordan, Sr. of Warner Robins; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other beloved extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Jané LeAndria Jordan will be laid to rest in Willow Lake Cemetery in Fort Valley. Afterward Jané is laid to rest, a Repast will be held at the Farmhouse located immediately behind McCullough Funeral Home.
