1 sister-in-law: Billie Patterson, Houston, TX;
1 nephew: Kyle Wade and wife, Meghan;
1 niece: Alisha Layman and husband, Travis;
2 great nieces: Brynna Wade and Bay Wade.
She was preceded in death by 1 brother: Dan Patterson and a nephew: Jason Daniel Wade.
There will be no visitation or service at this time. Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Jan was a wonderful person. I was her current Case Manager for waiver. I always enjoyed my visits with her and talking to her on the phone.
