Jana N. (Sullivan) Campbell

April 18, 1969 - December 18, 2023

Our beautiful warrior, Jana Noreen (Sullivan) Campbell, 54, went to be with her Lord in heaven Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, after a courageous, 22-year battle with brain cancer.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at noon April 20, 2024, at Lutheran Church of the Cross in Nisswa. There will be a visitation held one hour prior to the start of the service at the church. Lunch will be served following the service.

She was born April 18, 1969, to Michael and Janice Sullivan in Edina. She grew up and graduated from Apple Valley High School in 1987. She married Brent Campbell on Sept. 10, 1988, in Apple Valley, and they lived in Lakeville for 10 years before moving to Brainerd in 1998, where they raised their three children - Barrett, Brayden and Justine.

Jana was with Brainerd Eyecare Center for over 20 years. She loved having coffee on the porch at the cabin overlooking the lake, as well as working out and taking weekday morning walks. Above all else, Jana loved her family and friends. She was strong and sassy, and she loved fiercely.

She is survived by her husband, Brent; children, Barrett, of Colorado; Brayden (Destiny), of Iowa; and Justine (Jared) Winter, of Brainerd; her mother, Janice Sullivan; her mother-in-law, Carol Campbell; three brothers, Mark (Mary), Shawn (Ellen) and Mike (Wendy), and a sister, Mary; a brother-in-law, Bruce (Jeanine), and a sister-in-law, Laurie (Mark); many nieces and nephews; and special pup, Charlie, and five grandpups.

She is preceded in death by her father, Michael Sullivan; and her father-in-law, Wilmot (Bill) Campbell.

Arrangements are entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
