Jane Simpson Carroll

Jane Simpson Carroll, 98, passed peacefully on Monday, November 17, 2025 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Home in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

She was born June 16, 1927, in Greensboro, NC. The daughter of Rilla F. Black and JJ Simpson. Jane is preceded by her husband Andrew J. Carroll and her long-term partner John A. Camasso. She was employed at Simmons Upholstery prior to the long-term employment as an Interior Decorator at Madison Hill Upholstery. Late in her life she worked for American Red Cross Services. Jane was passionate about her family and loved to host holiday get-togethers and all were welcome. She was known and loved by so many "Gram".

She is survived by her children John and Ann-Marie, Laurence and Suzanne Carroll, Michael and Mari Carroll, Mary Jane Breen, and Charmain Bodenrader. Grandchildren: Andrea Defusco, Eric Judge, Zackery Breen, James Bodenrader, Julie Grandmaison, Jennifer Bodenrader, Mitchel Cardona, Arnold Cardona, Maricarmen Cawley, Ivy Marie Ortega, and the late: Marc Carroll. Great grandchildren: Nyah Cardona, AJ Cardona, Anya Judge, Willow Goudreault, Kyle Carroll, Jane Therese Cawley, Theodore Cawley, Jacob Grandmaison, Jorge Rodriguez, Karen Andujar, Chance Brooks, Lilyann Bodenrader, Marissa Bodenrader, James Bodenrader, The late: Billy Melchionda, Joshua and Milton Lima.
