Jane Hahn

Jane M. Hahn, 99, of Venice, Florida, formerly of Conshohocken & Philadelpia, PA, died peacefully on March 5, 2025 at Tidewell Hospice House in Venice, Florida. She was the loving wife of the late George Hahn. Jane was born in Conshohocken, PA on February 4, 1926 to the late John and Mary (Borowiecz) Lesniewski who emigrated from Poland in 1914. Jane was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, finding and trying new recipes, taking care of her home, gardening, and travelling. She especially loved cruising and her trips to Hawaii and Europe including a visit to Poland. Jane also worked for Acme Markets in Philadelphia for over 30 years. She was a devout Catholic and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Venice. She is survived by her son Joseph Sado and wife Margaret of The Villages, Florida, her daughter Barbara Wellington and husband Frederic of Venice, a grandson Christian Sado and wife Tanya Merdiushev of Philadelphia, PA, along with many nieces and nephews. Jane was pre-deceased by all six siblings and their spouses: Helen Brodzik (Edward), Edward Lesniewski (Gloria), Wanda Topolski (Joseph), Walter Lesniewski (Dorothy), Leo Lesniewski (Martha), and Sabina Cappelli (Louis) Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Farley Funeral Home located at 265 Nokomis Ave in Venice on Wednesday, March 12 at 9 AM. The Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Center Road. Internment will be immediately following the service at Venice Memorial Gardens on Center Road.
