Jane Ellen Siena

Jane Ellen Siena, age 94, of Woodbridge, CT passed away peacefully at Milford Health and Rehabilitation, Milford, CT on February 1, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Siena, Sr. Jane was born in New Haven, CT on July 7, 1931, the daughter of the late James and Mary (McNamara) Capone. Jane leaves behind her loving children Claudia (Christopher) Severino and Vincent Jr. (Deborah) Siena. She was the devoted and loving grandmother of Michael Severino, Daniel (Queenie) Severino, Rachael (Zac) LaClair, Vincent (Breanna) Siena III, Nadia (John) Uscilla and the late Christopher Nugent Severino.

She is great grandmother to Lyla, Anthony, Luca, Bella and Kaitlin. Jane was predeceased by her niece Lisa Capone, her nephew Paul Deschamps and her great niece Stephanie Deschamps. Jane was also predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Mary (Alphonse) Cavaliere, Louise (Albert) Franco, Daniel (Lee) Capone, Francis (Laverne) Capone and James (Nadyne) Capone. She also is predeceased by her brother-in-law Sebastion (Nancy) Siena. Auntie Janie also leaves behind all of her devoted, loyal and loving nieces and nephews who considered her the matriarch of our family. She will be sorely missed and has left us with beautiful memories and recipes. Her life was her family.

Visiting hours will be held Friday morning, February 6, 2026 from 8:30 to 10:30 at the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc., 11 Wooster Place, New Haven, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Michael McGivney Parish, 29 Wooster Place, New Haven, CT at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Lawrence Cementary.
