Obituary of Jane Wilkinson

After a full life, and surrounded by love, Harriet "Jane" (Goth) Wilkinson completed her journey on March 7, 2026 at age 75.

Jane was born to Earl T. and Vera L. (Carpenter) Goth in Ottawa, Canada. She spent her childhood with her 3 younger sisters in the Southwestern/Brantford-area, Ontario, where she met and fell in love with Kenneth J. Wilkinson, whom she married in July 1970, and had celebrated 55 years of marriage.

Although she studied to be a school teacher, Jane spent a majority of her working life as the co-founder of Wilkinson Precast Inc., which led to her moving to Riverside, Iowa with her family in 1994. Jane found joy in sewing, tennis, and becoming a master gardener, but mostly in loving her family and celebrating their accomplishments and personalities.

Jane is lovingly remembered by her husband Ken, her daughters Rebecca and Lyndsay, her grandchildren Isaac, Junie, Adeline, and Hamilton, her sisters Kathy Child (Stuart Craig), Bonnie Ables (Hank), Vicky Maerz (Norbert), and Judy Wilkinson, Paul and Kelly Wilkinson, and Elliot and Joanne Wilkinson, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews, and close family friends. Predeceased by her parents and brothers in law Eric Child and Jim Wilkinson. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

Private cremation has taken place.
