Janet is survived by her husband of 65 years, Richard J. Brown; daughter Brenda Hosack of Norfolk, VA; and grandchildren Richard Hosack and Kristin Clayton.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Corrottoman Baptist Church Cemetery in Ottoman, VA.
Janet was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a strong Christian woman. May she rest in peace.
