Janet Ann (Rogers) McEwen, 79 of Indianapolis, passed away on Dec. 6, 2025. She was born to the late Cohen "Connie" and Irene (Karns) Rogers.
She was a cakemaker and manager of Indianapolis Propylaeum in Indianapolis, IN. She retired as a cafeteria worker from Eli Lilly Endowment of Indianapolis, IN.
She is survived by her sister, Nancy (Rogers) Stapletom Jarosz; and her 2 sons, Scott A. and Steven D. McEwen.
A memorial service will be held in her honor on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Southeast Baptist Tabernacle, 6835 Shelbyville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church or the donor's favorite charity in honor of Janet.
Arrangements have been entrusted to G.H. Herrmann Funeral Homes.
