Passed away on July 31, 2025 at the age of 74.

Predeceased by her parents, Harold and Genevieve Clark; brother, Douglas Clark; sister, Elene "Enie" Farmer; daughter, Malynda Beard; grandson, Ian Evaniak.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph "Chip" Perretta; children, Valerie (Stephen) Fortune, Royce Beard, Tina (Keith), Betty Nash, Jack Beard, Jolie (Vincent) Cesario, Jennifer Foster, Joshua (Tina) Perretta; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Phyllis Powell, Allen Clark, Garth Clark; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Janet was an accomplished artist with multimedia. She received her bachelor's degree in fine arts from SUNY Potsdam. She was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 6th from 3:30-6:30PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Janet's Funeral Service will immediately follow at 6:30PM.

Interment at Western NY National Cemetery, Corfu, NY.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association in Janet's memory.
