Janet Marie (Hissong) Peterman

Janet Marie (Hissong) Peterman age 74, of Edmore, went home on April 30, 2022.  She was born April 21, 1948, in Greenville, the daughter of Earl and RTV Marie (Witham) Hissong.  On January 1, 1965, she married Michael Peterman and they enjoyed 46 plus years together building their family.  She is survived by her children Darren (Tina) Peterman of Winn, Timothy Peterman (Karen Collins) of Edmore and Dawayne (Kimberly) Peterman of Stanton.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  Along with the children she is survived by her siblings Lois Bannen of Greenville, Mary (Floyd) Cooper of Sidney, Carol Smalley of Edmore and John Hissong of Lakeview, brother-in-law Donald Peterman of White Cloud; many special nieces and nephews and her dog Izzy.  Janet was preceded in death by her parents, husband Michael, son Michael Jr., daughter Cissy Marie, brothers David and Jerry Hissong, brothers-in-law Larry Bannen, Dale Cope, Fred Smalley, sisters-in-law Glenna Cope and Marjorie Williams. Celebration of life will be 2-4 PM Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville,  Memorial contributions can be made to Spectrum Hospice.
