Janet Lynne Quertermous

Janet Lynne Quertermous 56 of St Cloud, Fl gained her angel wings late evening of December 07,2025 at Avante SNF (Shady Pines) in St Cloud Fl after a lengthy illness.

She was born April 02,1969 in New Orleans, LA to Alice Kochur Quertermous and the late Jim Quertermous.

Janet was a retired patient registration clerk having worked in several hospitals in Texas and Central Florida for 20 years.

She was also a respected member of the Official Tennessee Squire Association of Lynchburg, TN and was well known around the world throughout the Squire community for her devotion to her favorite project of the Squire: Secret Santa. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them and with her fur babies.

She was preceded in death by her father Jim Quertermous, her two brothers Michael Joseph and Timothy DeWayne Quertermous, her paternal grandparents Jesse and Callie Brown Quertermous of Sturgis, KY: her maternal grandparents, Joe and Emily Broz Kochur of Dillonvale, Ohio and her 2 fur babies Cheyenne and Max.

She is survived by her mother Alice Kochur Quertermous of St Cloud, her brother David ( Melissa Fox) of St Cloud, her brother Tommy Quertermous of Harrisburg, Illinois; 5 nephews, Jonathan ( Kaylee) of Kissimmee, Chad ( Courtney) of St Cloud, Eric Smith, James ( Felisha) Quertermous and Thomas Quertermous all from Harrisburg , Illinois and also 12 great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and internment were on. January 23, 2026, from 10-12 at the Rosehill Cemetery in Kissimmee, Florida with Pastor David Kleinhans officiating.

A Celebration of Life was held at her brother David's home on Bass Highway in St Cloud on Saturday January 24, 2026.
