Janet Thompson

Janet Thompson, age 74 of Pasadena, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 15th in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Janet was born on July 4, 1951 in Pasadena, Texas to parents Jack B. Dixson and Thelma D. (Keeney) Dixson. Janet loved to cook wonderful meals for family and friends, and also often sewed special projects for those she loved. She loved to shop at the dollar store with her sister, Helen. She was often lucky at Bingo with friends at her senior living apartment complex, and had quite a collection of her winnings.

Janet is proceeded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Allen Thompson and her parents.

Janet is survived by her daughter, Carroll Pickard and husband Payton; son, Scott Thompson; sisters, Helen Gatlin, Linda Prodhl, and Jackie Heidaker; sister in law, Sharron Young; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
