Mrs. Janice Marie Aldridge Gill, 63, of Calhoun, Georgia departed this life Saturday, September 23, 2023 at her residence following a period of declining health. She was born in Calhoun, Georgia on March 7, 1960, the daughter of Wayne Aldridge and the late Linda Payne Aldridge. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Gill; a brother, Dewayne Aldridge and step-mother, Patricia Aldridge. Prior to retirement she was employed by Wolters Kluwer Inc. as a tax analyst.
Survivors include her children, Michael Davis of Calhoun, Harley Gill of Albertville, AL, Ron Curtis and Anna Gill, Deoma (Jonathan) Qualls, and Wendy Gill; grandchildren, Shawn Denton, Kaysha (Garret) Hall, Brianna Bookout, Katelyn Bookout, Megan Conard, Christian (Nick) Brummett, J.D. Foster, Peyton Gill, Briley Williams, Cian Davis, Oli Gill, Aiden Gill, and Braiden Gill; several great-grandchildren.
A gathering will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 PM. The family ask that flowers be omitted.
