Born in Shamokin Pennsylvania on Tuesday, October 31, 1950 the daughter of the late Joseph Matisic and Beulah Bower. Janice was also predeceased by; sister, Esther Moore.
Surviving are; daughter, Kelly Bower; son, Jonathan Bower.
