Family will greet friends and relatives from 5-8PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at O'Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Home, 3980 Cascade Road SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49546. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at St. Francis Xavier & Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 250 Brown St. SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49507, with visitation starting at 10:30AM.

I am truly sorry that I did not attend the funeral today. I have known Janice for a long time. We worked together years ago and I remember when she opened her home to people who needed a place to live. She was very kind hearted. We have lost a truly good lady.
