Taylorsville, UT-Janice born 3-24-1943, to Jean Marie and Dorothy Barbier, and passed 11-5-2025.
22 years ago she became the beautiful life partner and best friend to Michael Hughes. She was the love of his life and he was the love of hers. It was a relationship that couples only dream of having!
Jan is survived by her sons Steven Demcak (Kathy Dreyer) and Scott Demcak (Jill Demcak), grandson Logan Demcak, and her brother James Barbier (Trish) as well as nieces and nephews.
She is preceded by her parents, brother Allan Barbier and sister Judith Waedekin.
A Celebration of Life at Good Shepard Lutheran Church, 8575 S 700 E, Sandy, UT on November 17 at 11:00am.
Memorial Funds should be sent to the American Cancer Society.
