Janice Lea Enos, 78, of Alton, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at LaBella of Alton.
She was born in Alton, on February 24, 1947, the daughter of Jesse and Ann (Plessa) Enos.
Janice worked as a clerical worker for Sherwood Medical. Janice was a member of the Bethalto Women's Club. She enjoyed crafting, doing needlepoint, and she loved animals. (this is the section that you would add her hobbies and interests or any clubs/organizations she was a member of)
She is survived by her niece, Tracy (Randy) Payne of Bethalto; great nieces and nephews, Joey (Mallory) Lish, Kelsi (Ryan) Giacalone, Taylor (Ronnie) Wisnasky, Jesse (Nikki) Abel, Emily (Ben) Graser, and step-nieces and nephews, Ashley (Mike) Zipf Ryan (Katie) Payne, and Taylor (Taylor) Payne-Bedar.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Pat Reno; and a nephew, George Abel.
Inurnment will be at Glen Carbon City Cemetery on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 2 pm. Pastor Terry McKinzie will officiate.
Memorials are suggested to 5A's.

So sad to hear about our 1965 classmate passing - I want to express my condolences from our 60th Reunion class - she will be missed at the reunion. May her family remember the good times and what a special person she was.
