Karlene Gibson, 89, of Kingsport, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at her home. Karlene had been a resident of Kingsport since 1987. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Karlene helped bring pickle ball to Kingsport.
Karlene is survived by her three sons, Keith (Ellen), Gary (Jackie), and John; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Adams, Joyce Dalton, Fay Deck; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Powell Valley Cemetery, Dryden, VA.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
