Janice K. Nobis

Janice K. Nobis age 63, of Ionia, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.  She was born December 13, 1960 in Battle Creek, the daughter of Curtis and Melvina (Seren3) Feltner.  She loved to travel, go to casinos, spend time with her kids and grandkids along with taking them on trips, she enjoyed cooking, going for motorcycle rides, laughing and joking, helping others anyway she could. She never met a stranger; everyone became friends or extended family. Janice loved everyone she met. She always put others that she cared about First. Janice is survived by her husband Dwayne Nobis of Ionia; children Jeff Emard (Debbie) of Ionia, Allen Emard, II (Brandy) of Muir, Jennifer Strause (Dan) of Ionia, Mark Nobis (Megan) of Saginaw Andrew Nobis (Hannah) of Midland; many adopted children; grandchildren; great grandchildren; brothers Leroy (Pat) Feltner of Battle Creek and Michael Feltner of Ionia; and her in-laws Gordy and Leona Nobis. She was preceded in death by both her parents Curtis and Melvina Feltner. A Celebration of Life will be 2 to 5 PM Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Oakwood Lounge, 108 E.
