She is survived by 2 kids and 1 son in law, her daughter Scarlett Floyd and her husband Anthony Floyd and her son Robert Smith Jr. 6 grandkids, 1 grandson in law and 1 granddaughter in law, DesiRae Smith, Destine' Smith and her husband Antonio Rodriguez, Daxion Smith and his wife Sonia, Tane'ya Floyd, Tatiana Smith, and Anthony Floyd Jr. And her husband Robert Leavitt.
Per her wishes, she will be cremated and her remains placed in a dual urn alongside her oldest daughter, Tammy Lee, who passed at birth.
