In loving memory of Janine Wanda Green (Esterbrook)
Janine Wanda Green, a resilient spirit, left us on August 4, 2025, surrounded by her family. Janine was born January 25, 1951 into challenging circumstances. Our mom navigated a difficult childhood with incredible strength and humor. Despite the struggles she faced, she dedicated herself to her children, striving to break the cycle and provide love in a unique and unconditional way.
Our mom had an infectious laugh and, although there were times when she felt overwhelmed by her own insecurities, her determination to persevere spoke volumes about the person she truly was. It always amazed me how she could find joy and choose happiness in the simplest things in life.
Our mom shaped our lives with lessons of resilience, resourcefulness, strength, and determination that will stay with us forever.
As we remember our mama, let us celebrate who she was: a woman of fierce wit, unwavering unconditional love, and a spirit that commanded attention wherever she went.
Survived by her children, James (SaLinda), Brian (Jerilyn), Misty (Curtis). 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
She was presided in death by daughter Lori (Ron) and her 2 grandaughters.
We love you, Mama. It's time for you to put on your boogie shoes and dance.
