Janis devoted much of her life to her work in the accounting field, where she served in payroll at Sam's, leaving a lasting impact on her colleagues. She was also an avid traveler, relishing the adventures that life brought her way. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting and made wonderful memories dancing in line with friends and family, exemplifying her spirited approach to life.
Janis' life will be honored with a funeral service officiated by Randy Rose on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Heath Funeral Home. Prior to the service, there will be a visitation at 2:00 PM. Following the ceremony, she will be laid to rest in Brown's Chapel Cemetery, where her memory will continue to live on.
As we reflect on Janis's life, we celebrate her legacy of love, laughter, and connection. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
