Jarath Marcel Rawlings, beloved son, passed away on February 25, 2026, at the age of 26.

Born on June 17, 1999, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jarath brought light into the lives of those around him from the very beginning. His presence was a gift, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jarath was the cherished son of Michelle, Travis, and George, and a deeply loved brother to Isabelle, Olive, Titus, Corbi, Mariah, Brianna, and AJ. His bond with his family was a meaningful part of his life, and the love they shared will remain forever.

Though his time here was far too short, Jarath's life was filled with meaning, love, and moments that will be treasured always. He will be remembered for the way he touched our hearts and the laughter he brought into our lives. He was protective of those he loved and cared for, a loyal friend who was generous and comical. Jarath was talented in so many ways and accomplished everything he set out to do.

He was an honored member of the Army National Guard, an incredibly talented violinist, and an accomplished weightlifter-pursuing each with dedication and pride. Whether through his smile or the way he showed up for others, he left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his loving parents, siblings, extended family, and friends, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts. George, and a deeply loved brother to Isabelle, Olive, Titus, Corbi, Mariah, Brianna, and AJ. His bond with his family was a meaningful part of his life, and the love they shared will remain forever.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 7, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at O'Riley & Branson Funeral Service & Crematory. 6107 South East Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
