Jared, age 38, was born on May 1st, 1985, in Fort Myers, Florida and left to be with the Lord, January 22, 2024. Jared is survived by his son, Evan Acuff, his mother Melany (David) Goodwin, father, Dwayne (Debbie) Acuff, sister, Angela (Mike) Chason, Nephews, Justin and Bubba, grandparents,Jerry and JannieAcuff, many aunts, uncles, cousins,and many friends.
Jared loved to fish, play many sports, cook, tinker with motors, and hang with his family and friends. Friends and family are invited to celebrate the life of Jared at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, at the Alva Community Center, 21471 North River Road, Alva, Florida 33920. You are welcome to join family and friends for dinner and fellowship afterwords.

Watching Jared and all the guys growing up through Little League at Billy Bowlegs and Buckingham Park. Many a night at the field, then on to Pizza Hut on Palm Beach. Seems like yesterday. Jared always had the sweetest smile and always played his little heart out. I am heartbroken of the news of Jared's passing. Dwayne, Melody I can't begin to imagine what you're going through.
