Mr. Jared Steven Fullerton

With great sadness, the family of Jared Steven Fullerton, 41, of Clayton, NC, announces his death on January 30, 2014. He was a loving son to Jack and Phyllis, father to Brandon and Ariel, brother to Janice and future husband to Kat. Jared was born July 3, 1972 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a graduate of Randolph Macon Academy and was currently serving as a Technical Sergeant (Propulsion Section Chief) in the United States Air Force. Along with his parents of White Post, VA, he is survived by his fiancée, Katherine Bunn Maron of Clayton, NC; a son, Brandon Scott Fullerton of Fairbanks, Alaska; a daughter, Ariel Nicole Lee of Pikeville, NC; his sister, Janice Elaine Fullerton of White Post, VA; his grandmother, Lois Jean Fullerton of Missoula, Montana; his aunt, Debra Hilbert and husband Robert; and his uncle, Thomas Fullerton and wife, Diane. Funeral Services will be held 4:00 Monday at McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service from 3:00 - 4:00 pm at the funeral home. Additionally, a second viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester, VA. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel.
