Jarred Andrew Lozano
May 28, 1997 – September 29, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jarred Andrew Lozano, who left this world far too soon on September 29, 2025, at the age of 28.
Jarred was loved by many for his kind heart, generosity, and quick wit. He had a special way of bringing laughter to any room and making those around him feel at ease. His warmth, humor, and compassionate spirit will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.
He is survived by his parents, Gerardo “Gerry” Lozano (Zabrina Mettlach) and Claudia Salinas Quiroga (Abraham Quiroga); his stepmother, Kristi Garcia; three siblings, Amaris K. Lozano, Haily K. Lozano, and Matthew J. Quiroga; his paternal grandparents, Andres & Annabelle Lozano; maternal grandparents, Rene & Julia Salinas; his loving aunts and uncles, Denise Lozano, Sonia & Jose Salinas, Sandra & Gerardo Solis, and Cristal & Dwayne Roberts. He also leaves behind numerous cousins, great aunts and uncles, and many dear friends whose lives were touched by his love and generosity.
Jarred’s memory will live forever in the hearts of his family and friends, who will cherish the laughter, love, and moments they shared with him.
Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.
Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Jarred’s name.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
