Jasiah Chozen Briscoe

Jasiah Chozen Briscoe was called home to smile, coo and laugh with the angels, passing unexpectedly but peacefully at home on February 27, 2026.

Jasiah decided to grace the world with his handsome little presence arriving early at 31 weeks term to his Mommy Brianna Norman and Daddy Jamal Briscoe on October 16, 2025; at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

His first few months of life were spent in the NICU. A TRUE LITTLE FIGHTER indeed, he overcame challenges of growth and lung development and was able to graduate from the NICU on December 29, 2025, and come home to be with his family who were anxiously awaiting his arrival.

You could catch Jasiah smiling most with his little dimple when conversations were being held with him. He enjoyed cuddle time, showers with Mommy, watching Bluey with his sister Genesis and he loved his football blanket. Jasiah loved the attention from his big brother Jaidyn, when he would come home from school he would make him laugh and smile.

In addition, to his Mommy and Daddy Jasiah will be forever missed and loved by his siblings; brother, Jaidyn; sisters, Genesis, Miyaah and Sydney; grandparents, Juanita Little, Rasheen Norman, Genetta Smith and Carroll Darnell Briscoe; aunts, Shann Miller, Diamond Baker, Devin Briscoe, Danielle Briscoe, and Maiya Antoinette Murrell; uncles, Terrill Moore and Rasheen Norman, Jr. and a host of family and friends who will forever cherish Jasiah in their hearts.

Jasiah is proceeded in death by his great- grandmothers, Millie Miller, Pauline Briscoe, Vida Norman and Rose Mae Little and great- grandfathers, Herman Miller and Carroll Fenwick.

Although, Jasiah's time on earth was short, he is now a handsome little angel whose memory will live on forever.
