Jasmine Lee

Jasmine "Jas" Lee, 25, of Ocean Township passed away on February 17, 2026 after a long battle with their mental health. They were born on October 17, 2000 in Flushing, New York to Jeff and Julie Lee.

Jas attended San Jose State University where they got their bachelor's in Speech Pathology and pursued their master's at Northwestern University.

Jas worked as a Speech Language Pathologist where they got to treat a wide range of patients and they especially loved to work with the elderly and children. They knew nothing but hard work and determination.

They loved to thrift and could never reject a good deal. They enjoyed spending time with their friends, working out, and reading books ranging from literary fiction to queer literature. Jas was a lover of music, particularly bands such as Men I Trust and Japanese Breakfast. They were in the process of learning electric guitar as well. They were someone who had particular tastes and were super firm and adamant about what they liked when it came to things like food or clothes.

Jas was one of the silliest people you knew. They were full of humor and would clapback like no tomorrow. They would tell jokes that would light the room up.

Though their time here was short, their impact on others will never be forgotten. They will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.

Jas is survived by their parents Jeff and Julie, and their younger sisters Lauren and Krystal.
