Jason Baker departed this life on Friday, January 16, 2026. He was born on June 20, 1988, to Allen Asa Baker and Christine Hansen in Brigham City, Utah.
Jason graduated from Box Elder High School, where he built lasting friendships and memories. Throughout his working life, he was known as a dedicated and hardworking individual. He was employed with Happy Helpers Moving Furniture Company, Purple Mattress, and worked in manufacturing, always giving his best effort and lending a helping hand whenever needed.
Jason endured the loss of both of his wives; he was first married to Sandy Kley Baker and, after her passing, found love again with Chantel Nieves Baker.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he found strength in his beliefs and values. Jason was a kind and compassionate soul who genuinely cared for others. He was always willing to help, always wanting to be there for people and take care of them in any way he could.
Jason had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and found joy and comfort in their companionship. Music was another passion of his, particularly guitars, which brought him peace and happiness. He enjoyed riding his bike and spending time outdoors. Above all, Jason dearly loved his mom and held a special place in his heart for her.
Jason will be remembered for his gentle spirit, generous heart, and the quiet ways he showed love and care to those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his mother: Christine Hansen Baker; siblings: Jennifer Baker, Shane (Gina) Baker, Robyn (Jacob) Morrison; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, and his dear friend: Lola.
He was preceded in death by his father: Allen Asa Baker; grandparents: Pearl and George Rogerson; and aunts and uncles.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Interment will be at the Brigham City Cemetery.
