April 13, 1968 - March 28, 2025
JASON SCOTT BARRON, 56, passed on March 28, 2025 unexpectedly of a heart event. Jason was born to Michael Keith Barron and Barbara Sides Barron in Winston-Salem, NC. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to many.
Jason attended Parkland High and joined the family business, Magna Signs, where he became an expert in computer-aided graphic design and sign making. He later travelled the East Coast for Slate Retail Systems, then found his home with Daimler Trucks North America (Freightliner), with 10 years loyal service until his death.
Jason enjoyed sports (Tarheels & Panthers fan). He loved riding his motorcycle and cherished his two longtime best friends, Kris Bee & Doug Martin, and his cat Rocky.
He is survived by father Michael (Vicki) Barron; devoted mother "Bobbie" Barron; brother Chad (Anne) Barron, 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and Aunt Wanda B. (Jim) Jordan of Hamptonville; and by Aunt Dorothy Reynolds and many cousins.
Jason was preceded in death by grandparents Mervin and Lucy Barron; Roscoe and Catherine Sides; by beloved niece Abigail Barron; and by aunt and uncle Becky and Terry Julian.
A visitation in remembrance of Jason will be held on Sunday, April 13 (his birthday) at Friends Baptist Church, 1840 Lewisville Clemmons Rd. Clemmons NC, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Bobbie, this is Kathy Mabe Thompson. I was just heartbroken to see that Jason had passed so young. God has received him. My mother Mae Mabe or as Jason loving called her (Aunt Mae) kept Jason as you know when he was little. She absolutely loved him so much. A pair of white bedroom shoes was given to her from Jason I believed for Christmas. She ask me to have her buried with those shoes on which I did. I absolutely know that she greeted Jason in Heaven wearing those white bedroom shoes. May the Holy Spirit our comforter bring healing to your heart in the days to come. Our funny and complete gentlemen I will miss talking and joking with you. I love you as if you were mine. Good times going to the big trial in Lexington everyday there for a while You always looked very nicely dressed and your Mother raised a complete gentleman! I know she is devastated but I promise to help her and hope to get her out she was and still proud of your work ethic you buying that nice car a while back. It still doesn't seem real sometimes it really hurts and sad. I just can't hardly believe you are with Jesus and so happy I'm sure. God got a good one this time and we shall miss you dearly.
