Jason Blacker Obituary

JASON REED BLACKER
November 9, 1972 ˜ January 26, 2024

On Friday, Jan. 26, 2024, Jason Reed Blacker, loving husband, father, Papa J and friend unexpectedly passed away at the age of 52 surrounded by his family.
Jason was born Nov. 9, 1972, to Ken and Janet Blacker in Burley, ID. He was one of seven children, Kara Driesel, Kyle (Carina), Dondie (Julie), Mark (Celeste), Bob (Brandy), and Richard. Jason shares three children, Crystal Callister (Orson), Erin Tye (Seth), and Camden with his first wife, Deborah Blacker. The happiness that came from him being Papa J to his grandson, Aiden, was immeasurable. He found love again with Adrienne Dunford and they happily said ”I do” on Aug. 20, 2016. Together they made their own Brady Bunch by adding her six children, Olivia Stitzel (David), Joseph (Jess), Isaac, William, Rebecca (Cayleb) and Katherine. He loved fishing, barbecuing, camping, riding his motorcycle and hanging out with friends. When not doing that, he was spending countless hours volunteering for local youth sports between coaching, umpiring, Little League board member, district staff member and everything in between. If you needed help, he was there. He will be greatly missed by all those who have had their lives touched by him. His celebration of life will be held Saturday, Feb. 17, from 1-4 p.m. at the LDS church, 21720 NE 29th Ave., Ridgefield, WA. There will also be another celebration of life Saturday, Feb. 24, from noon-3 p.m. at the LDS church at 26 S 100 W, Rupert, ID 83350.
